Ashburton Elementary School: Event Recap

Business for Kids recently hosted an exciting in-person workshop just outside Washington, D.C., with a dynamic group of 24 to 28 children in attendance. The workshop unfolded in a vibrant classroom at a local elementary school, where we immersed the young participants in the exciting world of business. We curated a blend of interactive tools, from engaging slides and a Kahoot quiz to hands-on games and a colorful coloring workshop, all aimed at making learning fun and engaging. Our goal was to simplify essential business concepts into digestible, age-appropriate nuggets, igniting the children's curiosity and boosting their confidence. Through hands-on activities, we not only kept them captivated but also fostered teamwork and communication skills, creating a lively and inspiring environment.
